Alchemist Group is one of the fastest growing conglomerates in India today and it is our responsibility to grow in a responsible and sustainable manner. At Alchemist Group, we understand the importance of sustainability and social responsibility in today’s world and strive to provide the right environment for our employees and their families, lessen our own carbon footprint and educate others about the necessity for sustainable living. We believe in leaving the world in a better condition than which we found it.

Alchemist Group’s foundation lies in its diversity of both business segments as well as people with a family of over 8,000 employees. While many of our operations are situated in both cities and towns we attempt to better the lives of not only our employees but the lives of their families and the surrounding communities they live in. Our social impact has not only been felt in major cities like Panchkula, Chandigarh and New Delhi but in more remote areas like Bunmajra, Kurali, Durgapur, Assam and Darjeeling. We organize operations in these towns to aid the people with basic commodities and services that are otherwise not available such as good medical facilities, schools and other socially responsible initiatives.

Alchemist Group’s Social Charter, Charitable Organizations and Community Service Initiatives are headed by an Executive Council, which comprises of the two Group Executive Directors and the head of Human Resources. Although the Executive Council heads up the initiatives, the entire company is dedicated to the betterment of society as a whole.
