Our strategy is to focus on developments in the Luxury and Mid-market categories with a primary focus on residential and mixed-use developments. Alchemist Realty is also actively involved in other real estate development projects including commercial, retail, hospitality and healthcare. The residential projects will be developed targeting upper-middle and upper-income consumers.

Our mid-market developments will be in Tier I & Tier II Cities across India focusing on self-contained township developments at affordable price points. Our luxury developments will be developed primarily in select exotic locations including hill stations and ocean fronts.
