RBI Grade-81 Pavement Material and Inorganic Soil Stabiliser

Alchemist Touchnology has the exclusive license to manufacture and market RBI Grade-81, the world’s most economical and environmentally friendly pavement material and inorganic soil stabiliser that was originally developed for the South African Army. RBI Grade-81 is a natural inorganic soil stabiliser which re-engineers & modifies the properties of soil to strengthen it.
   

The technology is patented everywhere in the World including India and is the only system that is environmentally friendly by reducing the Carbon Emissions in road building processes. As a result Alchemist Touchnology's clients and customers will benefit through carbon credits.

The Benefits of RBI Grade-81 are that it reduces construction cost by up to 35%, reduces time of construction by up to 40%, drastically increases the strength of roads, makes soil water-resistant and prevents damage to road foundations. It also reduces the requirement of Aggregates by 70%, reduces transport & earth-moving costs by about 60%, has longer durability and reduces maintenance costs. In India RBI Grade 81 has been tested by many leading institutions including IIT Madras, Kharagpur, and Roorkee, the Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), New Delhi, India, and the Centre for Road Technology, Bangalore to name a few.

The company has already secured contracts from the Border Road Organization (‘BRO’), the Indian Army, Mineral Enterprises Limited, N.R.R.D.A. (National Rural Road Development Authority), Gram Panchayat  and PWD (Srinagar and Jammu & Kashmir).
