Our state of the art plant in Banmajra, Punjab is second to none in India and today we supply all the major consumer, retail and institutional brands including KFC, Spencer’s, Reliance Big Stores as well as our own Republic of Chicken.

Alchemist has developed a world-class, fully vertically integrated poultry processing operation managing every aspect from feed and hatcheries through to packaging and retail. Our state-of-the-art chicken processing plant is a leader in the meat processing industry in India as it completely automates the entire process and ensures best global standards,  impeccable hygiene and a dedication to maintaining the utmost quality. We are guided by the highest ethical standards and our aim is to be the leading chicken company in India.

Alchemist's chicken processing facility was established in 2004 with a capital investment of Rs. 125 crores.

The Alchemist integration comprises of every aspect of the process including a hatchery, environmentally controlled growing farms, a state-of-the-art poultry processing plant with equipment from Meyn of Holland for slaughtering and a fully automated further processing facility for ready-to-eat poultry products. The processing facility has an integrated refrigeration system from York, with in-house frozen storage capacity of more than 500 tons. This facility is located at Banmajra, Punjab, India.

Today, Alchemist is one of the largest processors of chickens in India. Our plants produce whole birds, chicken cuts, boneless breasts, boneless leg meat, sausages, packaged meats, kebabs and a variety of other fare.
